We put endless love and care into each and every design in hopes that you fall in love with your Tillie pieces. That being said, we know things happen. If you change your mind, no worries! You can return items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed and unused with original tags still attached. We offer free return shipping for exchanges and store credit. For items being returned for a refund, a $15 return shipping and processing fee will apply. Sale items are final sale.
If you are looking to exchange your order, the easiest and quickest way to get exactly what you're looking for is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want. We are also happy to assist via email.

You will receive an email notification when your order is placed as well as when it ships. You will find a tracking number for your shipment on the shipping notification email- you can use the tracking number to follow your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
Our team takes 1-2 business days to process an order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as the order ships. We hope you fall in love with your new Tillie pieces!
