We want you to fall in love with your Tillie pieces. We are happy to offer returns or exchanges of unworn items within 7 days of your order being delivered. Returns are for store credit or product exchange only. Items must be unwashed and unused with original tags still attached. How do I track my order?

You will receive an email notification when your order is placed as well as when it ships. You will find a tracking number for your shipment on the shipping notification email- you can use the tracking number to follow your package until it arrives at your doorstep. 

When will my order ship?

Our team takes 1-2 business days to process an order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as the order ships. We hope you fall in love with your new Tillie pieces! 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please email us at hello@shoptillie.com, and we will coordinate your international shipment details. Additional taxes, duties, and/or shipping rates may apply.
